• To forward a request you send about a brand to that brand or its representative.
• To verify brand claims and keep profiles accurate.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the directory is used so we can improve it.

When we share information

• With the brand you contact. When you send a request from a brand's profile, we share the details you submit (such as your name, email, business, practice type, location, and message) with that brand or its designated sales representative or distributor so they can respond. They handle it under their own privacy policies.
• With service providers that help us run the site, such as website hosting, form processing, and email, only as needed to provide those services.
• In aggregate form that does not identify you, such as telling a brand how many professionals requested information in a month.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

The site may use cookies that are needed for it to work. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and explain how to opt out.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months so we can respond, keep a record of requests, and operate the directory. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted by emailing hello@spaandskincareproducts.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
