These terms apply to Premium listings that New Reach, LLC ("spa & skincare," "we," "us") provides for brand profiles on spaandskincareproducts.com. They add to our Terms of Service. By completing checkout for a Premium listing, you agree to these terms on behalf of your brand.
Premium changes how your profile is presented and the tools you receive. It never changes the facts on your profile, their source labels (Independently checked, Brand-reported, Ask the brand), rankings, the order of results, what our guides report, or any editorial content. We research every profile independently, Premium or not, and we may update facts at any time with sources shown. Brand-supplied content is always labeled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans are charged automatically each month on the start date. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply. To update your card, billing details, or download invoices, use our billing portal.
The first term is 12 months from your first payment. On the monthly plan, you agree to 12 monthly payments; after that, the listing continues month to month and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Annual plans renew for another 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date, and we will email you at least 30 days before any renewal. After the first 12 months, founding rates move to the standard price in effect at the time, and we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. To cancel, email hello@spaandskincareproducts.com.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we end your Premium listing without cause. In that case, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
You send your Premium content through our onboarding page. By sending it, you confirm that you have the rights to every image, video, and piece of text, that it is accurate, and that any practitioner featured has given permission. Content must not include medical or disease claims, guaranteed results, or claims you cannot support. We review all content before it goes live and may edit or decline it to meet our editorial standards. You give us permission to display and format your content on the site during your Premium term.
If your Premium listing ends, we remove your brand-supplied content within 30 days. Your profile stays in the directory as a free listing, with the same independently researched facts. We may end a Premium listing after notice if payments are not made or if these terms or our Terms of Service are broken.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Price changes never apply to a term you have already started.
